About the opportunity
Join a B2B software team developing AI-powered systems for complex operational workflows.
You will help make agentic systems observable, testable, cost-efficient and reliable in enterprise environments, working across backend, AI and product engineering.

What you'll do
- Build and operate agentic AI systems in production
- Design evaluation pipelines and test harnesses for non-deterministic systems
- Improve observability, tracing, logging and metrics for agent behavior
- Track model costs and investigate failures or degraded performance
- Debug multi-step agent workflows and implement guardrails
- Develop RAG pipelines and vector database integrations
- Build asynchronous backend services with Python and Django
- Contribute to frontend work with React and integrate voice technologies where needed
- Support CI/CD and cloud deployments

What we're looking for
- Strong Python and backend engineering skills
- Experience with asynchronous programming, Django and ASGI frameworks
- A solid understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering and RAG
- Experience with vector databases and deploying AI systems in production
- Frontend experience with React
- Professional English

Bonus points
- Experience building agent evaluation pipelines or synthetic data
- Observability, tracing and cost optimization for AI systems
- Voice pipelines, telephony or message queues such as Celery and Redis
- CI/CD and cloud deployment experience with AWS or GCP
